Inspire the pioneer in your students! In this highly interactive experience classes plan and prepare for a trip West in a covered wagon. They learn about the many hardships pioneers faced as well as what pioneer kids did to entertain themselves on the trail.

Our award-winning program collects, restores, preserves, and digitizes significant local home movies to share online with the public.
QR Code Technology
We create Quick Response bar codes and websites that are placed at sites around Santa Clara County, for Smart Phone users to access the history of the resource in front of them.
Public Speakers Bureau
The California Pioneers of Santa Clara County maintains a bureau of interesting speakers. We respond to requests from the public to provide expert speakers on various historic topics. The speaker travels to the public or private venue. A $100, or more, donation payable to California Pioneers of Santa Clara County is expected.

We maintain hundreds of award-winning essays on local history topics.
Publications
We publish books of local history interest, such as “Down Memory Lane” by Jim Campbell.
